I placed an order for take out/pick up from the Lancaster PA location, walked in & was assisted right away in picking up the order. The hand breaded chicken tenders meal. Which came with chosen sides & desserts, like buttermilk biscuits, signature coleslaw, cream of potato soup, crispy fries, cheesecake pie & the main course, chicken tenders. Let me tell you, everything was made to absolute perfection. Very tasty & enjoyed. It's been quite some time since I ate at a Bob Evans, years & decades. As I made my way through the meal, I felt all was right with the world. It was that good & delicious. I look forward to either going back to eat in or getting another order for take out/pick up. We'll done Lancaster location, you have another satisfied & repeat customer. Keep up the great work!
We used to have another Bob Evan's restaurant in the area. It went downhill and closed. This is the only one left in the area, hopefully it stays open as we had a good experience. Service was fast and friendly, food was good with generous portions. Overall, a really good dinner, thank you!
I came during the middle of the week. And there was not many people so the service was really fast. The food was hot. I had the chicken fried chicken plate which was good. The waitress made a delicious arnold palmer that hit the spot!
Thanksgiving Day and while they had to work our server, Madison, was awesome! It was clear the staff worked well together because, though indecipherable, there was good professional behavior and dialog plus friendly banter, even jovial bouts of laughter were heard despite being busy with both seated and many to go orders. We enjoyed our visit AND meals very much!
Stopped at this restaurant after going to that Fish Place to grab some brunch. After getting through the construction on the main road access I by the parking lot was easy. There is handicap parking, plenty of regular parking and the entryway is easy to get wheelchairs through as long as you have someone holding the doors for you. The restaurant itself and restrooms were clean and neat. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible. The food was excellent as always. The service was quick and friendly. They are currently hiring waitstaff and kitchen help. From what o could see of the kitchen from the dining room the kitchen is super clean for restaurant during breakfast/lunch hours. You can join the rewards program through their app and also order online for pickup or delivery.
